I am curious if I am the only one that joined a club (doubleday bookclub) for castleage favor points (117) and never recieved them. I also sent castleage two emails with proof and never even recieved a sorry or we will look into it or nothing, this has been almost two months. Just wondering if I am the only one out there!!!:confused::mad:

You need to contact Super Rewards, not Castle Age. Go here http://apps.facebook.com/superrewards_status find the offer you did and click on "Missing these favor points"

Ok went to Super Rewards and its still not showing, I know I did nothing wrong and I have a email sent from the bookclub about when I joined and what I bought so now what happens if its not showing up at Super Rewards. I think I should just give it up looks like a lost cause, but enjoying the books, Thanks CA. Have joined other places for other games as shown on Super Rewards and never had a problem!!!!

It's not Castle Age's fault. They would gladly give you the points if were up to them. Super Rewards is stingy though, which you'll see by the number of complaint threads here in the forum.
If the Super Rewards page says Viewed: Missing These Points? then you need to file a complaint with them. Provide as much proof as you can, including the initial email and your order confirmation. Sometimes they require a credit card confirmation as well, so be able to pull up your CC transactions online.

Just to clarify why it's not CA's fault -> SuperRewards is a third party application, 'hired' by CA to deal with all favour point purchases and offers etc.
Sadly, they often seem to try their best to keep the money they make from you doing offers, instead of passing some on to the devs for your favour points (just my opinion about SuperRewards...)

if CA hired them, then it IS CA's fault. Just like if a vendor is rude to someone inside a store, it is the store's responsibility to get that vendor in check, or stop doing business with them. I just subscribed to SI, which I was going to do anyway. No points. It is obnoxios that I now get to send a ton of emails, read a billion forums, check my "order status" over and over, because I am not giving up, no body screws me over, even a little bit. If CA can't do what they need to do to get the vendor in check, I suppose I can start looking for a new fantasy app as well.

You could always contact the devs and suggest that they get rid of SuperRewards and find a different way of buying instead.
Of course, without SuperRewards you wouldn't have the chance to get points via these offers at all. I guess if it was just the devs dealing with it, you'd have a couple of options for buying favour points, but no free or pay for offers.
