Offer Wall

I have used the offer wall many times to do car insurance. I am actually interested in getting car insurance and I really have been getting quotes. When I do the offer wall and fill out the required information in order to receive the favor points Super Rewards always says that my favor points are not rewarded. I even sent them the email that I received with the quote from the companies. This has happened now about 4 or 5 times and I have tried my best to talk to them but they claim that I have been putting false information, in which I am not putting false information. What should I do to receive my favor points? I have tried almost everything I can think of to contact Super Rewards. This is making me quite upset.

SuperRewards are always trying their best to keep the money they get for you doing surveys to themselves, instead of paying some to the devs to get you the favour points you deserve. Argh! If I ever wrote on the forum what I think about SuperRewards, I'd have to ban myself for inappropriate language.

I'd tell them again that you have been providing correct information and that you expect them to give you the favour points.

If this still doesn't work, try contacting the devs about it. SuperRewards is a third party application that doesn't have anyhting to do with CA and the devs, but maybe they can push them to act anyway.

how do i contact the devs about this? i have continually tried to contact superrewards and they still will not reward the points.

Scroll to the bottom of any CA page, click 'report', select the appropriate option. Give them all the detail as well. And it'll take at least 3-5 working days. Don't know what your time zone is, but I doubt you'll hear anything till after the weekend.
