Shutting down a guild

I created a guild, but now want to disband it. How can I do this?

I guess you can just make sure it doesn't have any members and then leave it. It'll stay empty... but be aware that you won't be able to open a guild with the same name again. Someone else did this, and then couldn't get back in...
