Where do you get all these specials units like Black Knights and Trolls and such I have done all the fire quests and I am working on the earth and I am lvl 12 and I have not seen any of these units available to be purchased where can I find them thanks

most are demi quest drops and/or previous gifts

You can also get many of the units usually obtained from demi quests, as random loot from dragons.
