I found these links to be useful, so I figured I'd share:
Status
To record my full Castle Age status, I take down information from all three links:
Everything from Keep: http://apps.facebook.com/castle_age/keep.php

Battle points: http://apps.facebook.com/castle_age/battlerank.php
Clicking the three links above should take you to your own information if you've already logged into Facebook. In general, you should logged into Facebook first or the links on this page might not work.
Links to get around bugs
Facebook and Castle Age seem to not hand off properly from time to time. If you know the Facebook User ID of the person at the other end, you can sometimes fix problems between you two by using certain direct links. In the three links below, replace 123456789 with your friend's Facebook User ID.
If there's an invite problem, and you are friends in Facebook but haven't been able to successfully get into each other's armies, you can try using the following link. However, keep in mind that it is likely to bypass, mess up, or forfeit any gifts lurking in the system between the two of you:

If you are both Facebook friends and are successfully in each other's armies, but you still can't send gifts to each other, try using this link to clear out any potentially orphaned gifts. Both sides might have to do this with the other side's Facebook User ID before things work again.

If there is a problem with the Call to Arms message, this link will take you straight to the dragon of the Facebook User ID if that person is in your army:

Reminder: I made it so that you can't click these links because you have to insert the other side's Facebook User ID in place of 123456789.
Shortcuts
The links below are just shortcuts into the game that I've found to be useful. They remove an extra page load. For example, if I wanted to get to the Land page, I would normally have to go to the Town page first and then click Land, which requires loading two pages. However, using the land link below, I don't have to waste time and bandwidth loading the Soldier page first:
