Accepting Gifts error

When i go to the keep, it says someone has sent me a gift, and when i click it, it will redirect me to the facebook page to accept requests.. but when i'm there, i cannot see any pending requests to accept.
Now, the message of people sending me gifts are stuck in my keep page.. and i can't accept it..
