Is summoning a dragon for low level players worth it?

I don't see the benefit for low level players to summon a dragon. Sure the higher level people will come in to help kill it and have a chance at a piece of the dragon helm. But is it really worth it for someone to summon a frost or emerald dragon? At a lower level they can't be the damage leader and won't get the best loot. Are the rewards worth losing a dragon sword and dragon charm? Magic is so hard to come by.

the damage done by high level players is almost the same with the lower level ones. therefore a dedicated player that stays onine a lot, with the help of just 1-2 friends, not many that would steal their first place, can take the dragon down and get the ingredients. The ingredients themselves are quite powerful and can be used in battles, and if at a later point they get the rest of them, the helm is quite powerful, especially for dueling.
Plus, they may sacrifice a few eggs and a sword & charm, but they can get high level people to add them and grow their alliance even faster..thus getting more gifts and actually more dragon banes/charms than before

the higher the total damage, the higher the chance to get them. moreover, more than one person can win a helm ingredient from a slain dragon. i recently participated in killing one that gave out 3 jewels of fire. The weak dragons can be killed a lot quicker and if only few people participate, chances sky rocket.
And as i said, its not just the ingredients, its the adding army part too, and the loot of at least 100k per hit that by no chance you ll get in low levels, the high experience per hit that will help you level up, the demi points you can win without battling people that can come back to beat you..need more than that?

I was not aware that multiple pieces could be awarded per dragon. I guess I assumed that there would only be one piece per dragon, if that.

there's once i kill an emerald with only 6 people, and it took almost 3 days off
none of us get the recipient for th helmet :eek:
but i #2 dmger got a TC item, not bad though, but the requirement for helmet really confusing

there is always a luck feature..from the many dragons i ve seen killed so far, rule is that the higher the damage the most probable you ll get the ingredient
