If we create Castle Age Fan site or Fan club is it OK?
and Will CA dev's acknowledge it?

There are quite a few fan sites already in existence. The problem is, they all seem to turn into "Add me" sites pretty quickly. The wiki and other sites are fan sites too.
As long as you obey copyright and other laws, you can make a new site if you feel the need.
As far as the Devs, they will probably not acknowledge it.

Ok, thanks for answering... But how about mass producing T-Shirts who have Castle Age Logo and other heroes printed? and selling at the fansite?

That would be stepping on the developers IP rights. Also it may also fall on the artists rights as well if they may hold some rights to the images. In any case selling images that you yourself do not create can always create legal issues should the party owning the rights to the image wishes to pursue.

It may not be ok with the company that makes the shirts.
In any case it really depends on how much the company that holds rights wants to protect their IP. I remember someone made a fan movie of Link from the Legend of Zelda and it got cease and desist pretty quick. They were not even asking for money but the creators of the IP did not want to be associated with a low budget production using their IP.
See the problem here is that your making a fansite based on CA and then selling products that relate to CA. So at any time even if they may be your creations your association being a fansite makes for legal openings to be had.

Making money off of someone else's Intellectual Property (IP) without their express permission is bad.

There's already a line of Castle Age gear. ^^ (Hopefully they are done with permission.) Buy one, then use a sharpie/puff-paint to customize it. :P

Ok as mod here ur saying... dev's might protect the name of CA, coz our product quality might be of a poor standard...

Hmmm someone beat us to the punch...
The truth is, I want to be affiliated. Like CA will credit us more...
Or not give us a design .... and we will produce it...

Its not just the shirt may be poor standard. The example provided earlier was just to state that even if your not making money off of it it might still be asked to be stopped.
CA devs have the right to take action against those who make money off their IP. So it is very unlikely for you to get affiliated and then slap their image on shirts so you can make a profit.

CA is copyright protected, so using any images or designs here for separate public consumption is illegal. You'd have to get the developers approval, and to be honest I don't see you getting it.

Even if you had the approval of the Castle Age team, you would still also need the approval of the artist, unless the artist had passed the rights over to the developers.

Well anyway if by chance castle age became widely popular and our business will have no problems... then I'm offering our services.

You really just need to talk to the Castle Age developers, the artists involved, and possibly also a legal person to find out whether you can go ahead with it or not. It would be better than possibly getting into trouble for it later.
