Battle rank points

I know i'm a lowly level 31 but its driving me insane that i cannot find enough people at the same battle rank or even close.......

Is there anyway they can fix this.

I know people hate it when you chain attack. when i find someone on the battle page who is a champion i have to take the chance to get the battle points and i would expect them to to the same.

They only go up in rank if they battle actively and win. I guess you may just be unlucky for battle points and have to wait till you move up a bit. Slay some dragons in the meantime :)
