Do Different Dragons have more health?

I helped on of my Army defeat his dragon and I totalled all the damage that was done to kill it. It was 784925. I have a dragon summoned now and everyone has done 720769 damage to it and it is barely at half. What gives?

Red ones are the strongest and have most health. The higher your level, the more damage you have to do to kill it. Well, the higher your level, the higher a dragon you summon. There are four different ones (like the 4 eggs).
