Can't claim reward

It has happened to me two times already...when I click on the claim reward after the dragon is slain, it freezes my computer and then when I click on reload or refresh, the 'claim reward' button is gone, but I haven't got my reward. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I don't think anybody else has reported their computers freezing yet, but a lot of people report not receiving rewards due to white screens, never-ending reload swirls, and other such problems.

Sometimes, the rewards are not actually lost, but people just can't tell if they've received anything. Before you go to collect a reward, save your Keep page, and record your favor points and demi points. After things freeze, white screen, refuse to load, etc., go through again and compare the Keep page and favor and demi points after the crash with what you had before to see what you received (if anything at all).

The same thing is happening to me twice now. I have to go looking for new additions to get an idea of what I got new. This is very frustrating cause some of the things there is no way to tell what i got. I hope they fix very very soon!!!! By the way you dont lose the gifts.

I summoned my first dragon and put 600,000 damage into its death. When I went to claim my reward the collect reward tab wasn't there. It was a frost dragon. Thanks for your help! Tony Boren

I noticed I got a new hero, but other than that, I didn't notice any increase in favor points, attack or defense points, stamina, or health.

People who time out when getting rewards and see that they cannot go back to the page and get their rewards should have already been rewarded. The game only flags you having received a reward once your character is updated. Please check your inventory!

Is it only the person who initially summoned the dragon who gets a whole list of rewards (i.e. favor points, demi points, weapons, heroes...) and the rest who assist only get one item?

i lost the rewards from the dragons that got cleared off my list today. dragons i had done damage to that died between my last log in and the reset or since the reset did not allow me to loot them

No. Rewards received are based on the amount of damage you did. More damage equals more, and better, rewards.

well more damage gives you a better chance at earning better rewards it seems. i have been the top damage or 2nd in damage several times and only once did i get exceptional rewards. i have received better rewards on occasion when i had dealt much less damage.
