How long until new dragon can be made?

I conjured and killed my first (and only) dragon. A few days later I got enough ingredients to make another, but got this error message:

You are already summoned a monster, The Frost Dragon, or the timer has not run out on the previous monster you have summoned, try again in 22 hour(s)

I don't understand what this means. My dragon's initial "fight period" ended a couple of days ago -- my army killed him only minutes before he would've fled. Is there another "waiting interval" built into the game? And how is it calculated?

I wouldn't know for sure, but my guess is that the timer is probably 72 hours after your dragon is killed. If it takes some people less time before they can summon their own dragon, then it might be "72 hours after your dragon is killed or until everybody has picked up their rewards, whichever comes first". According to the FAQ, "The Rewards must be collected from a slain monster within three days", so once the dragon is killed, your friends are supposed to get 72 hours to pick up their rewards.

Maybe you could tell us. How many hours ago did you kill it... then add 22.
I would guess 3 days too though.
