missing reward

I just killed an emerald dragon. One I summoned. I was 3rd in damage and last to hit it. When I tried to collect my reward I got a Castle Age loading error and now I have no reward from it. One of the people on my list also had the same thing happen to them as well.

So far, I contributed to the death of 9 dragons, and this happened to me 2 times. I click to get my reward, but I get a useless page. When I go back to the dragon to try collecting again, the button is gone. :(

Are you sure you didn't recieve the rewards anyway? Sometimes your acation goes through but the error occurs in loading the page with the response. So you might have gotten the rewars without knowing. check for any new units or equipment.

this has happened to a lot of people, it happened to me as well. a white screen when i tried to collect the treasure and i got nothing.

yea I am sure there was nothing recieved. I looked in my keep and it shows only the things I had before.

It just happened to me. I expended a massive amount of stamina and health over several hours to help a member of my army kill a dragon. When I went to collect the rewards and clicked on the button, I got what I call the "white screen of death" in Castle Age. The application area is all white and only the FB header and footer shows.

I reloaded and went back to collect the rewards and the link was gone. I checked all my areas where gifts would be received and nothing. I waited ten minutes - just in case and nothing.

I also lost 20 Favor Points to the white screen of death this morning. This white screen happens very frequently but it is especially frustrating when it costs us rewards and points!

Is anything going to be done about this? would be nice to hear from the ppl who made this app.

yes, when you click the loot button and you get an errored page, you lose your reward. 3 people who helped kill my dragon didn't get a reward.

This has happened to me twice, both with Red Dragons. I posted a topic in the Tech Support area.
