Why pay for this game?

The problem with the black screen is one of reasons why I don't pay for these games. People have been going on 72hours+ with this problem and it doesn't seem like the developers are making an effort to fix it! The FAQ/Help page says you have to clear history, cache and cookies, and the problem should be resolved. Now I've done that, I even re-installed my Firefox and flash. And the problem persists.

Open up a command window (run -> cmd) and type

Paste the output you get. Should be something like this.

From 12 and up I get "Request Timed Out" same on the 3'rd.

Time out on the 3. hope is ok. From my point of view that sounds more like your ISP has a problem. Could you please copy and paste hops 11 to 13 (one hope before the second timeout starts to one after.)
