If you friend people and add them to your army what happen if you de-friend them or they de-friend you?
Can I drop all these people I added to get my army numbers up? I know I would like people to help me with my dragon but most of them aren't useful beyond their numbers.

If you drop them from FB, you will not be able to send/receive gifts with them anymore. When you "Call to Arms" for help with your dragon, people you have dropped will not get the message.

No you dont lose those army members even if you de-friend them. I've had a few people de-friend me and they are still part of my army. However, what Darkal said is also true...they dont help you if you Call to Arms.
If you dont want people in your army, the only thing to do is to get more than 501 members. The game always chooses your best army for battles, so by getting more than 501 members, you will be replacing the weak and ineffective army members with stronger ones. Hope that helped!

Yup, I get the 'need' for live members... at the same time i care a tiny bit about privacy etc

That would be a thing you fix in the profile settings on FB.
(Here:http://www.facebook.com/privacy/?ref=mb)
Make a "group" for your "normal" friends and/or a group for "game-friends". Then change your privacy settings so that only "normal-friends" can see / access what you want them to.
PS: Just make sure to re-check your settings since FB dochange things from time to time.

I have an additional question on this. If an army member of mine is no longer my Fbook friend and won't see my "Call to Arms", can we still help fight each other's dragons? i.e. if I go to their profile, and they have a current dragon, will I be able to take part, and vice versa?
Thanks!

Yes you can, because you are both still in each other's army.

Thank you for that! I guess I could also let them know I have a dragon using the "Comment" facility?
