What do I do with all these gold?

I have to say gold in this game is so easy to get. To the point where I don't know what to do with them. What do I do with the $2,000,000,000 I have in the treasury? I can keep adding more, and then what? Kinda pointless at this point...

I don't know how high in levels you are, but I would be re investing that money in more land. Unless you already have 501 Champions Auras, and 501 Archangels, and 501 Commander's Plates.

If you already have all the highest goodies, then your money doesn't go any further....yet.

The devs tend to add even more expensive things :)

... and $2 billion is chump change when you start buying the top equipment. The total cost of 501 of each of the best items neccesary to fully eqip your army is $214,312,500,000 - that's $214 billion. That means that the enormous hoard you think you have in your treasury is less than one percent of the total you will eventually need.

...and that's disregarding the fact that the dev's are constantly coming out with newer and more expensive units.

Nitpick: you don't need 501 of the swords if you have the plates, since they're better and you can't take both into a fight with you.

And you don't, in practice, need more than about 400-450 of either the magic or the item, since (by the time you can acquire them) you already have somewhere between 50-100 better items/magic in your arsenal.

That aside, yeah, you need a Scrooge McDuck sized pile o' money in this game.

keep investing in land as much as you can. buy cheap items for your army and give all else in land. Buy expensive units only for the prerequisites in quests that could give you more money. If you invest a lot in att/def, then the cheap equipment will do the job till your income is good enough for better stuff

And try to buy land in bulk of 5 or 10. It give the best value for the money. Do read more about Land,Equipment in the Tutorial forum:)
