Collect Rewards button tells me the monster is dead and I cant attack anymore....

That basically sums it up. I click the large blue button to collect rewards, but I keep getting the message of"

"XXXXXXXXX is dead, you can no longer attack them."

This happened to me once too, I just got somebody to send me the collect reward link and then I just put that in the browser address bar.
