Call to arms mode!!!

This new updated thing with calling to arms only for friends is so big mistake!!!
I think it's not functionable cuz i have only 21 firends and i already summoned Hydra and i cant publish for every1 to help with constructing Seige weapons. Only my friends can see my published requests but it's not enough. If u must know many ppl are needed to defeat Hydra.
Imo ppl read mostly published news in main table not in their own!

this is true i dont check my own wall as often as i check the main feed however i do see a little red number lower right for any activity directly involving me, including someone posting to my wall. However you dont have to disable pop-up notification it is an option. dont click that button if you dont want to use that mode.

is there any way to set it to specific people ? Not all of my friends play castle age (no matter how bad i might want them too.) The 21 ppl in the boxes to call were not castle age friends and so i sent lots of them a message they didnt understand trying to get it to change to another name. that would be like sending gifts out to 21 random ppl. I hate to get stuff for apps i dont use because my box is too full anyway..kwim? I thought it was awesome at first, until i coulnt find a way to change who was called...sooo..please tell me there is a way to change it.

go to your app settings in facebook under extended permissions tab for castle age uncheck the extended permissions box.

Adam... you're doing it wrong.

You see, you're not supposed to get all 130 attackers by yourself with a CTA. It's a world monster, anyone can attack it. So you show your friends, they show their friends, random people see these CTAs, and in the end everyone joins.

same problem as Adam.
I recently allowed CastleAge to publish without permission.
Now, nothing publishes.
I have tried changing the app settings and taking the permission back off, but this hasn't helped; there is still no change.
I have also tried clearing the browser's cache.
It's like Adam said, this seems to be that once you click the Accept button on CA to change it, you are fuct and will not be able to undo this.
This may be a FB or a CA issue because I use Opera as my browser and I'm willing to bet Adam is probably using something else.

I wouldnt be surprised if it was blocked by fb now, although i havnt because im addicted to ca and support it, this new update is a huge mistake as ive had numerous within the group I help run report ca to facebook for breeching fb policies - here's one quote:

I love the game and love our group but I know alot of ppl are getting really hot tempered over this :(

edit: dont ask who i wont devulge that but i know of almost a dozen personally so far so how many others out of 1000's? I hope they get on this fast real fast as We've really put alot of hard work into developing a group that works and does it without spamming your inbox lol

Edit again: you know the biggest issues ive heard on this so far is that once you accept the changes you cant undo it. Maybe if there is a way to do it it can be explained so that the users can remove this if they chose. Right now they are at a loss.

I understand You. But try to understand me too. Just like dez said in his 1st post here, ppl mostly read common feed news not their own. So, when i posted this new thread i just wanted to know what ppl think about it. I know ur right, i post to my friends they post to their friends , but what if one of my friend who has over 100 friedns wont post my request to his friends? You see ppl started complainnig about this new update. Should be some option to switch it back or turn off permanently if we like. Dont You agree?

wow, this is the most annoying thing to happen I think.
I am now completely powerless, no CTAs, no EliteGuard posts, absolutely nothing. And to make it even more stupid, I cannot undo this crap. What can I do? Who can I report this to?

it has to be on yours or maybe others who elected not to select it.
I still cannot publish anything, the prompts will not come up for me to do it manually anymore.
Does anyone know if I remove Castle Age from my FB and then re-add it, will I still have my character?
