Can't Assist on hydra links outside my Home page

Help! I belong to a couple of groups who assist and help on hydras. But, when I click on the links on the group page or links sent to my email, it says that I have already assisted. When I positively know that I have not. None of the links work for me. I have checked settings, cleared cookies, you name it. Still wont let me assist. But if I click on the same link posted to my Home page, it works...so, what is the deal here, and how do I fix it? Am getting very discouraged.. Help!!!

Are you really sure you have not assisted those same links from your homepage before trying from the group?
If it says you already assisted, then it must recognise something.

Try this: remember how much stamina you have. Then go to the group, click a link, and see whether it's one less even though you can't see that you assisted :)
Also, try whether it works if you open the links in a new tab or window. Or maybe if you copy the link and paste it into the same browser window.

Thank you for your fast response. I always open the links in new tabs, no, this does not make a difference. And I clicked on what I positively knew was a new link, still same message, '...already assisted...". I tried the latter of what you said, and there was no number change. I simply don't have a clue as to what is wrong or how to fix it. I guess , just wait and see at this point. :(

I am still having this problem. I have contacted the Developers, but have not gotten a response from them. Will Deleting the app and re-installing fix it? Or, will I lose my army and units and weapons if I delete it??

Has anyone deleted and reinstalled it? Did you get your powers and stuff back? I am getting desperate here and discouraged that I cannot help the ones who help me. Please,,,,, someone give me some advice! Help!
