Monster achievement stats dont make sense

I recently started fighting dragons again. I had got the 5 dragons killed achievement award (think I had actually killed 6-7). When I looked this morning, the monster kill totals show I have only killed 4 dragons, yet the kill 5 dragons achievement is still highlighted as achieved.

Whats going on? Is my count reducing? Does this mean to get 25 kills I will end up doing over 30 as they get taken away!?!

Dear Graham,
you need to deal at least 100k dmg per dragon to pass the treshold. If you dealt less than 100k then it will not count towards your achievement.
Other monsters has other requirement:
Gildamesh min 15k
Lotus min 500k
Hydra min 500k
etc.

Hi,

I am confused similarly. I have been attacking hydras and the last one I killed, I know I did more than 100k damage. The last time I checked, it said I had made 180k damage and then I continued on. Now that the hydra is dead, I went to check the achievements and it is still 2. It has not increased.

Would it be possible to know the min damage limit for each monster type? It would be useful to know that.

It is very strange. The min damage in the brackets never caught my eye. :S

Be aware that Sylvanas minimum may be incorrect. People who do that minimum have reported not getting credit towards the achievement. When in doubt, do double the requirement. :D

Sylvanas was at about 70 or 75 thousand damage to get credit. They may have fixed it since the update, don't know anybody who has killed one since the Serpents came out.

I appreciate the comments but it is not that I did not do enough damage. I had been awarded the achievement "kill 5 dragons". This means, at some point, the game thought I had killed 5 dragons and done enough damage.

However, when I looked at the monsters killed list it showed four dragons killed. What is unknown is why the game dropped some of those kills.

The only thing I can think of its someone left my friends list or army and somehow if they are no longer a friend or in your army the kill gets dropped but as I have no idea how the record is kept that is speculation on my part.

I am level 48 and just finished a bahamut battle and didn't recieve my achievement credit, again!! This one was someone's Festival monster and I double checked how much damage I needed. I got over 100,000 but after the battle I got a notice that I have failed to get the minimum. This has happened on different monsters that required 100,000 pts so did a developer add another 0 to the requirement? I have don't a lot of different battles and only seem to be able to get pts for the ones I'm summoning.
